I just... I just... I just don't know how I feel about this finale. It fell a little flat for me. I realized that I no longer felt a connection to any of the characters. Kestrel lost all of the spirit that I enjoyed in the previous books and Arin was just completely flat. And that ending was completely blah - no pop, no tension, and lacked any flair. I was really looking forward to seeing how this ended but unfortunately, it wasn't worth it. ...more
