I still get chills thinking about The Cask of Amontillado, read 20 years ago. Add teenagers, a rampant flu, and an escaped panther to up the intensity and you’ve got this book. It’ll be on my mind for some time.
This was weird. I really hope Felicity lands on her feet. Not sure how she will. Why the panther? Genuinely unsure if this book stands on its own or if it really needs to be supported by sequel.
