Probably not the best idea to start this on the same day that the networks were doing wall-to-wall coverage of the Boston Marathon bombers shooting/manhunt.
Anyway, "Ben" is a 16-year-old with a unique skill set: he is a trained assassin, working for The Program. He's the new guy at school, the one who mysteriously moves away shortly after someone at the school suffers the loss of a parent. We meet him at the end of one assignment in Natick (near enough to Watertown MA to be problematic today!) ...more

I almost rated this 2 stars because of the way it seemed to be unraveling in the middle; becoming a sappy romance. However, the ending pulled it back together and tied it back together quite nicely.
That said, I have a personal preference for antiheroes who are competent, know who they are, comfortable in their own skins, don't spend a lot of time 2nd guessing themselves, enjoy their work. Ben/Zach wasn't quite there. ...more
