Based on the breathless reviews, I didn’t realize how low-brow this book would be. The hackneyed writing and absurd plot would dictate that this book is sold in a grocery store checkout line.

A romance/dystopian horror/paean to fly fishing novel. Yes, that works about as well as it sounds like it might. Possibly if it had gone for two of the three it would have been pretty good.
