Certainly part of the reason I didn't connect with this as much as I'd hoped is that I did it as audiobook and took too long to get through it, since I only listen to audiobooks while out walking and I was also working through some podcasts. I was super not a fan of the person who narrated Indir's chapters because it always sounded like she was crying, and that further took me out of the story.
