I rather liked it. However, I got SO fed up with Louis' behaviour! Had I been Lena I would have confronted him with his many affairs, and not just let him live in the arrogant illusion that he was able to keep them secret. Grrrr! I've read most of Maeve Binchy's books by now, and while this wasn't one of my favourites, I still enjoyed it. ...more
