I suppose this could be enjoyed for Halloween, even though it’s not really a Halloween book. There is a “haunted” house though.
I’m reading my way through batches of this Patricia Polacco’s books. There are a few I’ve adored. This is one I liked a lot. I enjoyed its quirkiness, its humor, and its appreciation for people’s differences.
