A novel written entirely through e-mails, letters and chat logs. It's fairly good, but suffers from two drawbacks. First of all, it's the second book I've read by an author where I LOVED the first, and therefore didn't quite live up to my expectations. I loved the beginning of this book but then got annoyed by the end. It's the story of Alex and Rosie, friends since preschool, told in letters, emails, etc. The first few notes written when they're little are so funny but then the story goes on and on and it takes so long for everything to work out the way you know it will when you start reading it becomes annoying. Not bad if you're looking for a light read. ...more

I couldn't put this book down. Yet another example of chick-lit authors from the British Isles being better than their Yank counterparts. ...more
