It plods along until the last few chapters, describing in every chapter what a crappy life the protagonist has--he has a nagging, bitchy wife and three annoying children; a crummy, low-paying job; a dumpy tenement apartment; and a father-in-law who thinks he's not good enough for his daughter--and the different ways citizens are being turned on by strangers and even loved ones.

I loved it! All the violence and unconscionable acts of the 'haters' in this book are very detailed and that's what drawn me the most with this book. highly recommended! =D ...more
