Cant really figure it out...
I was intrigued with the story at first and impressed with the writing, but it quickly became a page-turner for all the wrong reasons. Meaning I was trying to get to the heart of the story, but ultimately was left with more questions. I suppose it succeeds in making you think.

This was all right for vacation reading, not too scary, not groundbreaking, and had too many references to its predecessors - it got distracting after a while. (view spoiler)
