Yahhhh another rock romance series and not just any series this one is written by the queen of rock romance, Jade C. Jameson. When her named is linked to a book you know it’s going to be good and this first book about the newly formed all girl rock band the Vagabonds, does not disappoint.
On The Run is about a 16-year old, with a kickass name of Kyle Summers, who is a genius when it comes to the electric guitar and knows how to rock out to her favorite music. It tells you of her childhood and hip ...more

I have been on the edge of my seat waiting for On the Run (Vagabonds, #1) since Jade C. Jamison announced she was starting to write it. No one writes rock-n-roll and romance like Jade. Her Bullet series is still in my top five favorite series, and after reading book one of Vagabonds, I know this will be in that list as well. Again, I was blown away with Jade’s ability to grab me immediately and suck me into the literary world she has created and leave me begging for more.

I was given an ARC for my honest review.
This book did not grab me from the first page like all of Jade's books normally do.
Not completely sure why either. I do not have an issue with YA books nor with a Rock Star. I felt that it started kind of slow. There was a lot of background on Kyle and maybe that was why, but I fully understand why it was necessary.
However, by the end of the book, I was engaged in the story line and the characters. Now I can't wait to read the next book to see where Jade ...more

It’s been a couple of days since I finished On Th Run and I still am having trouble putting my thoughts about this book into words. I love this book and I am anxiously awaiting book 2 in this series. You can feel the story starting to build and I think it’s going to be epic. It’s going to rank right up there with Bullet. I mean, who doesn’t love a coming of age story? Kyle Summers is living the dream… playing her guitar in an all-girl band, going on the road, fame and fortune are surely soon to

This story is about a teenage girl's dream of becoming a rockstar and her journey to making it a reality. I love Kyle's character and her determination to live her dream. I can't wait to read more about when Kyle and her bandmates take their show on tour. I also can't wait to read more about CJ and Kyle when they finally get together that's going to be HOT!!
