As with most anthologies, I found there to be a few really promising stories that would generally be improved with more detail and length. But as usual, these are thin amongst a bunch of stories that I don't really enjoy. This particular anthology seemed to have a lot of poets who wrote in an indecipherable manner. I often ended a story with no idea what a story was even about, let alone enjoying the story.

This short story collection suffered from "short story anthology syndrome", where story quality varies, and the good ones are just too short.
I didn't manage to read all the short stories in this collection, but I'll briefly discuss some that stood out.
