Where do I begin with my review of this ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL novel? Ah, I know. With a warning: do not finish reading it in public. I did, and I'm not sure what was worse - the tears pouring down my face or the strange contortions I made my face into to avoid those tears. (Fail.)

Took forever to get through and didn't really get all the hype. It was alright I guess.

it was very good, a little slow in places. the jumping around between locations and times was a little chaotic, but then again, so wasn't this girl's life.

I have learned from this book that out of a horrible past can come small glimpses of hope. This is a book that I will think about for a long, long time. One of the best I have ever read...
