Because the books is written by two different authors, the book is set form two different angles, who will cross each other. That's why the book has two different times and it's hard to decide wich one is the main time. But it's above all about the present. Both main characters live in Chicago, the story is set in Naperville and Evanston.

I think John Green is a very poetic author. There is always a good moral in the story and he often uses metaphors. But that's what it makes hard to understand

I think John Green is a very poetic author. There is always a good moral in the story and he often uses metaphors. But that's what it makes hard to understand what he really want to say with the book. This book is about homosexuality, and it tells you to be who you are, no mather what.

The book is about two boys, both named Will Grayson. And their path will cross each other. The first Will Grayson is created by John Green. He is a shy boy who tries to be inconspicuously, but he has a friend named Tiny Cooper, who makes that very difficult, because Tiny is the most gay person in the world, who thinks that everything revolves around him. Will Grayson has a girlfriend, but he doesn't dare to have any physical contact.

The second Will Grayson- written by David Levithan- is also gay. But he's is angry at everyone and everything, although he doesn't know why. He has also a friend, who's named Maura, but she never knows when Will Grayson want to be alone. Will Grayson has a boyfriend who he chats with on the internet. But that turnouts wrong. Eventually he gets a relation with Tiny Cooper, the bestfriend of the other Will Grayson.

The whole story is about the two Will Graysons, who meet each other on the most unlikely corner of Chicago. That’s why the book is called Will Grayson, Will Grayson.

I really liked the book. I liked the way how the story is told, by two different authors. That gives you a good angle on the two different lives from the characters. I have read other books from John Green and I like his write-style. But, as I said before, sometimes it's hard to understand what he want to say. But his stories always have a good moral in it. I really liked the message in this book, because there are not many novels about the dealing with homosexuality. And it's a very original story, the plot is very good and hilarious. I would really recommend this book and other books from John Green!
