Setting
The book is set in the present, in England. Because it takes place in England J.K Rowling mentioned a lot of English habits that really characterize the book.
When the story starts it’s set in a small town, and in the beginning, in the first three chapters, that doesn’t change. Later on the main character goes to a school somewhere else in England, and that has a lot of influence on the book. It gets really exciting.
