Review: It isn’t always easy to make friends in high school, especially for those that society has outcasted. I am so glad that I read this book! It made me think of Perks of Being a Wallflower in the way that this band of misfits is so relatable. The strength of the friendships in the book help to balance out the struggles that the teens face, which meant it was never too angsty or too fluffy for me. I really enjoyed this, the look at three different characters (and three different styles of viewpoints!) and how they interact. I do wish the end had been more fleshed out.

2 1/2 actually. Depending on which character related each chapter, it was 1st, 2nd or 3rd person - confusing. Story of 3 mixed-up teens trying to make it one day at a time. Dark theme and some crudeness in it also.
