I'm glad Dan-el (spell it normally, please) graduated from an Ivy League college. However, again in a review, I will say that there are MANY young men (and women, too, I'm sure) in the United States who are legal immigrants and deserve just as much of a chance at an Ivy League education as Dan-el did. There are immigrants who came to the US and went through the citizenship process and became citizens. This book glorifies a family that was here illegally. Sorry, that did not impress me. ...more

Giving voice to the voiceless is a great thing, and this book helps do that for the undocumented in America.
