Clare's world is for sure addictive. This was very dramatic and entertaining. I like Tessa as a protagonist. I liked the reappearance of Magnus Bane. Will, I'm still waiting to be convinced by him (he irritated me a bit sometimes), but so far I like him more than Jace. I love Jem as a character - everythng he's going through and he's still so kind hearted to everyone, he was such a gentle, sweet and comforting soul. EPIC!! I still can't stop crying.. oh.. My Will.
I gotta go to sleep now, though my heart still break down.
My eyes.. My tears.. My heart.. My Will.. My poor Will.
Why it have to be like this ? Goshhh.. My Will.
After I finished this second book, I understand more about Will that why he was cold and cruel to Tessa in the First one. He kept his deep dark secret inside him, just like Mr.Rochester from Jane Eyre who keep deep dark secret about his crazy wife. I really like that this series has the elem ...more

I only give this book three stars because of how much I suffered with it...I bascially cried every night I read it ...will deserves to be happy okay and im probably gnna be very sad for a while because of tessa choice...just not fair...too much angst for me...

Now what was that love triangle that everyone keeps fussing about? I honestly can't see one just two conflicted people who are not sure how to feel about Tessa and yes Jem does want to marry her meanwhile Will is busy discussing things with Magnus Bane (I was more interested in the talks between this character and the others then about some love-issues over Tessa) Oh and we also learn Tessa's 'brother' who's not really her brother yeah he dies and there's lots of bloo ...more
