Another well written Gabriel Allon novel. I enjoyed this story as well as the others I have read, which follows the trail of a possible Nazi war criminal in hiding. This one included some detailed descriptions of the camps and death marches, which were difficult to read (but that was the point). Reading about how these criminals escaped Germany and prosecution makes me want to read more about the real cases on which this was based.
