What Members Thought
A thoughtful collection of short stories set in Rome and many around a set of steps. The collection often focuses on immigrant experiences, often outsiders, in Rome including expats, refugees and resettled. Some found the kindness in the community but many faced those violence instead. Each story shows a snippet of life either mourning, falling in love or just trying to understand life. The emotions are real and I appreciate the inclusion of different voices.
