Besides a few narrative issues due to being an audio drama, this was very entertaining. Fantastic!
After the fateful events of Slayer, and the death of the Old World, it looked for a while as though we’d seen the end of Gotrek and Felix. In Realmslayer, however, Gotrek steps into the Age of Sigmar, doom unfulfilled, angrier than ever, missing his axe, and wondering what’s going on. Oh, and voiced by Brian Blessed too! Excellent production, with quality voice actors, and the story was brilliant! 5/5 would recommend to anyone!
I had never been exposed to the Gotrek and Felix novels of old, but as far as an introduction to this character goes, I can't think of a better way than voiced by Blessed in an action packed adventure across a couple realms. I'm still a little wary of re-introducing past characters into the new setting willy-nilly, but this work does something to win me over, if at least a little bit. I recommend it.
