I didn't know Gloria Steinem at all, maybe because I'm French and we have our own activists and feminists. So when I joined the Emma Watson's feminist book club, it was the first time I heard the name of Gloria Steinem! I wasn't sure to appreciate the book but it was a great discovery: I like her style of writing, I learned lots of things (stewardenesses problems, traditions of Indian people, details about black's fights...) and the touch of humour in some anecdotes.
