Giggles, gasps, heart palpitations, tears, anxious, sleepless, happiness, sorrow, and absolute love, those are some of the feels I got from this book. I couldn’t have loved it more. You’ll need tissues boxes, coffee, pints of ice cream, and face cream to keep those laugh lines to a minimum.
Sunshine doesn’t get to sit down much in this book. The mayor is on top of her, her daughter is like her (LOL), her parents are setting her up on blind dates, the town has been getting stabby, strangers in tow ...more

I don't think it is possible for me to be disappointed by Darynda Jones, A Good Day for Chardonnay is just as gut wrenching, steamy and exciting as every book I've read of hers.
How does one person write charecters so amazing you have no choice but to fall in love with them everytime? One second you're just enjoying the story laughing about a raccoon then you're in tears because you're so immersed in the world you can't help but cry with everyone else.
The story itself answered a ton of questions ...more

WOW! Such an emotional read.

I'm so glad Darynda continued with this series! She created another fun character to follow around and enjoy, and book 2 was even better than book 1 in the series. She ironed out the bits that didn't seem to be working in book 1 and it was a thoroughly enjoyable read! I can't wait to continue with book 3!
