3.5ish stars. This wasn't exactly what I wanted but was still good, even if I would've preferred it from Zak's POV instead. Narrator was great.
I never completely warmed up to Saber but I was a huge fan of her love for animals and everything she does for them. Just overall, even if it makes some sense with everything she has gone through in her past, she's still such a violent loose cannon. Too many rage fits not enough character progression. I am hoping that there is a lot more to come from her ...more

I really enjoy the Guild Codex world and Saber is another fun main character (though I'll admit, when this spin-off was first announced I was hoping it would be Zak's POV).
Saber is so angry and stabby LOL and I thought the part about her not remembering parts of her past was interesting. The "surprise" at the end (view spoiler) I saw coming a mile away, but it was still fun. I would've liked a bit more at the end, but this way I'm just looking forward to ...more
