Alrighty, this is another book I'm over a month behind on reviewing and while I'm having a hard time remembering all thoughts on it, that is mostly because I've already read 4 books in the series.
This is an Urban Fantasy with a more slower burn romance. It is rare for me to find them like this, so reading it was a real treat. This isn't to say the attraction isn't there or commented on, but it isn't a huge deal, the mystery, the murders, are the focus.

3.5 stars. This was fun! We have Lizzie, a witch from a notoriously powerful family but those powers appear to have passed her over and she has left said family behind and definitely doesn't want to be found. Her familiar is also abnormal as she is a human and a witch herself not an animal. Belle makes for an intriguing character in her own right and I liked their friendship.
