Gwendy's Button Box is the first collaboration (to my knowledge) between Stephen King and Richard Chizmar-it must have been a very smooth affair because this story flows like a river. It is not so much scary as deeply deeply unsettling. There is virtually no way to talk about this without committing spoilers, so we're not going to do that.
