Cliffhanger ending, needs another round of edits, but was intriguing enough to keep my attention.

I'm giving this one 3.5 stars.

It definitely held my interest - I read it all within 24 hours, which I don't do too often.

This book has a lot of hype surrounding it. The author's note about the book being dark (not so much) pulls in a lot of readers like me. :-P I have to give the author credit for writing a good blurb.

I could have never prepared myself for the ending, I have such a book hangover I don't even know how to move on to another book just yet. It was totally unexpected, no wonder there is a support group for readers of the book to discuss it after. I really enjoyed the book, the characters and the more than shocking ending. I read Nocte as part of a pick it for me challenge- I went into this completely cold and didn't even read the blurb. It was interesting and smexier than I expected, from the cover I was thinking YA. So, I had no idea where the story was going, at times it felt paranormal, and I didn't see the ending coming at all or the cliff hanger that followed.
