I've seen the movie for this book, but until now hadn't read it. I loved the movie very much and hopped the book would be half as good. It was much much better.
Anne is a very lovable and cute character. You just can't help wanting to read on to find out what kind of trouble she's going to end up in next.

I loved this classic! What a beautifully written book. Very fast paced though. You would have to keep up. We meet Anne as a scrawny little girl and by the end of the book she blossoms into this amazing g woman! I loved the storyline as well. And the characters are all so likeable! What a beauty this book is to be read! I think this is an October read and will fit well during autumn!
