This was a reread for me, although I can't pinpoint the date when I first read it. What I do remember is how very much I enjoyed it.
This is a Grail story, a very good Grail story. It is filled with historical and geographical facts interwoven with Mosse's fictional characters and events. Mosse is a true storyteller in that she grabs our attention with a simple silver and copper buckle, and then takes us on a journey through history and legend, keeping us on the edge of our seats the entire time. ...more
