So Julie Garwood has a formula. Her books usually involve an arranged marriage between a naive, ditzy, cheerful leading lady and grumpy alpha hero with a secret heart of gold (or some equivalant). Saving Grace involves a young English widow and a Scottish laird in the Highlands. I have reread this so many times over the years.. Recently did a reread after a while and...Yeeeup.... Still as good as it was when I read it the first time... Easily amongst my top 5 fav Garwoods
