3.75 stars - I loved Penelope, but quite frankly Colin was an arse who did not deserve her and callously treated her feelings even after they resolved their issues. Great writing, I love the Lady Whistledown mystery and I loved the rest of the Bridgerton clan, just a shame about Colin.
4 stars because of Penelope, she’s my favourite character

Dont hate me but this fan fav is not all that much for me. I never really was able to buy into Colin's love for Penelope. I think I needed more from Colin when it came to her coz she deserved the world after the way she had been treated. Don't get me wrong, I like him but their story in here just needed to be more for me.

Low angst, little conflict, comfort read. Not my favorite Quinn, but still good. 5 stars for Lady Whistledown and 3 stars for the storyline in this book.
I'm a bit sad that the Lady Whistledown entries might be done but I loved the investigations in this book.
