I really tried liking this read

Ok, it didn't go well. It was boring and annoying and I didn't really like the all-powerful chick.
I didn't enjoy the writing style and the plot didn't do it for me.

What I did appreciate, though, why I feel like it deserves more than 1 stars, is the fact that it's different (and I loooove different!)

How was it different?

Worth the read

I'm severely ADD and rarely read a book all the way through but this one held my attention. It was well written and I liked the main characters. I will go on to read book two. I had never read anything from this author before this book but will check out her other books now. ...more
