This was a good book if you are wanting a light, fast read. I had my ups and downs with Horse, I loved him, disliked him, hated him, then loved him again. Some parts made me laugh and some parts were hot, but I never felt any strong emotions. This is not a book that is going to stick with me, but I feel it was worth the read when I needed something easy. ***Favorite line of the book*** "Horse like yur name. Horsey. I'd like to rid u horsey."

Reaper's Property is a sexy read but may not be for everyone. The hero, Horse, is an ex-Marine who currently lives within a motorcycle gang. Their world is definitely too sexist for me. Women are considered the man's property; parties occur where the men have random sex with biker sluts, these same biker sluts wait on the men at these parties practically naked. The biker's "property" cannot even go out for a girls' night without a biker chaperone. Hmm, double standard!!!

I'm thinking my expectations were to high.....actually the story was well done and entertaining....and while kind of an ass I did like Horse......but Marie.....OMG.....TSTL....I have not come across to many to stupid to live characters this year....but I think she takes the cake...unfortunately it takes so long for her to pull her head out of her ass that by the time she somewhat redeems herself it is really to late. Marie aside I did like the other characters and depending on who the next book ...more

This is my second Motorcycle Club type book. I have to say, I enjoyed this much more than the first one I attempted. I found a lot of things wrong with the first book I tried to read. Even contemplated that maybe, just maybe, MC books aren't for me, even though I'm a fan of SOA. I was worried about this book ripping off SOA, like the first book I attempted. I was relieved and excited as the more I read, the more this did not resemble SOA in anyway except for the MC thing.
