When I read the Stephanie Plum series, I found myself laughing so hard at times I needed to prop an eye open so that I could read the next sentence. Belly laughing, tears streaming down my cheeks and gasping for air, I would try to re-find my place in the book, only to start laughing all over again once I did. I wonder what my neighbors must have thought―warm summer night, windows open, sounds of small creatures moving around in the landscaping, when suddenly the peace is punctuated by uncontrol
