The murder mystery was good, but it was lacking the character development of all the other books in the series so far.
I'm always the supernatural-loving girl in a family of rational thinkers. This time though, I am all there with Eve. I found myself scoffing whenever someone suggested that everything was somehow related to supernatural phenomenon, despite the clear inclination that there is some sort of supernatural phenomenon involved, however minor.
