Holly Black is a genius and her modern fairy tales are some of the best fairy books I’ve read!
She defined my teens with Tithe, Valiant and Ironside and they are just as good now that I re read them as an adult. Valiant is dark and beautiful, and the romance rivals the one between Kaye and Roiben 😩💜 I highly recommend ALL of Holly’s books because she is just EVERYTHING as an author!

Great book, a lot happened the book. It was awesome!I enjoyed it, oh and the way things connected in the book was complicated, but great at once. I would read it again. Holly Black exceeds awesomeness in all of her books, and this book is just further proof of that.
