i am actually so upset. i loved the first book so much and the last couple days i've been giddily zipping through these books and it just fucking ends like this? i just am so upset. there was so much potential. i was so excited to see how things might be after all the fight with all their friends and everything surrounding them but no. it ended like this. i loved this series then the last book happened and just, no. ...more

Overall series rating: 2 stars.

I skimmed a loooot of this series. Yes, for some reason, I stuck to it and soldiered on, I was curious, a bit, on what will happen. But I wouldn't have read this series if I hadn't been in a weird book funk at the moment.

The MC is annoying, she always thinks she's better than everyone else, she makes decisions that are completely stupid and, although everyone tells her, she still thinks that oh no, she is the smartest and toughest and all that.

Finished series via Audio Books.

Great series - perfect ending - with no questions left unresolved.

Totally would recommend to other PNR lovers who have enjoyed writings from Keri Arthur, Ilona Andrews & Kim Harrison.
