Everyone's read this book, it was time I got to it as well.

Well, this was a really fun start of the series. I like Alex and I'm very curious to see what'll happen next, I see why everyone either enjoyed or loved this.

We are reading the first three books in the Alex Verus series in the Vampire, Weres and Fae group here on Goodreads. I am not sure this is a book I would have picked out on my own, although I did like the premise. I tend to read books that have a little romance in there somewhere, this one has none. I was pleasantly surprised though, I really enjoyed this book. The world building and character building were great! I found Alex Verus to be a very likable character too.
