It was amazing and hopefully the author will write more of The Black Dagger Brotherhood and its spin-off series
Brought me back to the B-D-B world and left me panting for more. Loved the kick-off of this spin-off of the series. Paradise is a great heroine and she chooses an amazing hero. Loved it!
Another great series by J.R. Ward, now that I have read book 1 - now I gotta wait awhile for book 2 to come out. I probably should have waited for book 2 before reading book 1. But it will work out. :-)
Great story about Parry & Craig and their adventures of training to be apart of the Black Dagger group. Many twists and turns and then who is trying to kill the families. Have to read to find out.

I liked it but it dragged on for a long time in the beginning and then everything happened all at once in the last 20% of the book. But I'm definitely looking forward to the next in the series.

Well, I think it was mostly a book divided into two stories. I like seeing the old characters, but I would have liked to read more about Paradise and Craeg. The end was totally rushed.
