Loved this book - it is obvious that it is the first in the series and I hope that the next one will be even better. I loved the way Merit didn't like what had happened to her and was reluctant to follow orders at first, but she stood up when it counted. I hope there's a bit more romance in the next one too, but not sure who I want it with - her maker or the other deliciously sounding head of another house. ...more
