I really really liked this one!
No clue why exactly, but I absolutely enjoyed this book. I loved the characters and the plot. And I really liked the world it build. True, nothing special, but it was really interesting. And it had funny moments.
Bad parts, well, I think the two fell in love a bit too fast. But ah well, it was a fun read.
It was relaxing and light, not hard to read, yet it had that something special that made me give it 4 stars. So... enjoy! :)

Good start to a new series. So far Kate Daniels is still my favorite Ilona Andrews series. But this one was good too. It would be interesting to see how things turn out with the big move to the Edge and the wedding coming - if they make it through the first 30 days, lol. I love Jack and George also.

This being an Ilona Andrews book, the world-building was imaginative and unique, as usual, and I quite enjoyed the book overall. I also really liked Rose and her brothers, as well as her grandmother and their entire family dynamic. Unfortunately, the romance wasn't my favorite, even though I ended up liking Declan more than I thought I would at the beginning of the book. I loved his interactions with Jack and Georgie. But his and Rose's relationship didn't really do anything for me for ...more

Not as good as her new book, Burn for Me, but the story is growing on me...onto book #2...
