The third installment in the Kate Daniel's series was fantastic. Taking a break between books seems like torture but reality must be dealt with.
This was an intense read and the story explored shifter issues. Jim and Derek are acting strange which makes Kate suspicious. There is trouble but Curran isn't informed, doing so means incurring his wrath. Nobody wants to do that.

Alright, it has finally happened. I am smitten with this series. Kate and Curran have officially won me over. I've been on edge with it but there was a moment- perhaps halfway through (of course I can't remember now) where I LITERALLY did not want to stop listening. I started laughing and practically squealing over events and stopped suddenly with a "OH! I can't put this down anymore"
