The grocery store fight with the coven - hehehe I liked it way too many (strawberries).
I like how Rachel and Al's relationship is growing (teacher - student) not love interest. I can't believe I'm going to say this but I really like Al now. Trent is ok too, I guess. ...more

The One Where Rachel Gets to Play Bad Cop
I love this one! We get to see what Rachel gets up to in the ever-after. (Which means plenty of Al, and that always makes me a happy reader.) We get to see Rachel start to realize that white magic vs. black magic doesn't necessarily have anything to do with morality. The ending and how Rachel gets kind-of out of her latest troubles is absolutely hilarious. Really if there's a downside to this book, it's Pierce - he's so annoying and I don't see the attrac ...more
