What Members Thought
The Black Dagger Brotherhood series is the best vampire paranormal series out there, IMO. JR Ward knows how to write hot vampires and even hotter sex scenes. I love all of the characters and how their stories intertwine. This book is very well written and sucks you into such an intriguing world that you never want to come out of it. Read this book! You won't be disappointed.

A good soppy paranormal romance, with a bit of tough guy action. I did like the love story between Wrath and Beth - it was good to see a happy ending for them both after what happened in the barn. I'm also glad Zsadist didn't turn out to be the complete dick I thought he was! Looking forward to reading the rest of this series.

I enjoyed this, somewhere in between a 3.5 and a 4 but I rounded up. A cold vampire learning to feel and a woman who can stand on her own and stand up for herself. Add some hot sex scenes and some well-developed side characters,
