not sure why i marked this as “read”, before today… i only just finished it. i tried many times, but never got past midway. what’s different this time? i listened to the audible version, voiced by Will Patton (the guy who plays Nicholas Cage’s former friend in ‘gone in 60 seconds’). wow, you gotta hear it, he really brings the book to life. before this, i would get lost in the books meandering narrative and lose interest.
