A great follow-up to Simon and the Homo Sapiens Agenda, set in the same town with the same group of friends. I appreciated that Leah is fat, but it’s mentioned in passing and not really an issue— she likes herself and how she looks throughout the book. I also liked that this book had not one but two believeable bi characters, one who knows she is no even if she isn’t out of the closet, and one who is realizing it for herself. I loved "Simon" & "unrequited" so much; I couldn't wait to read about Leah. perhaps my expectations were too high, but this felt trite.
