This book had some good information, but also some downfalls.
There's a lot made about the times that intuition was right in retrospect, but no real mention of how often intuition is wrong. For example, I was riding the metro one morning, and this guy with a giant backpack got on and wouldn't stop pacing around. A fascinating breakdown of the various "fear" situations we are in all the time and how to trust our natural instincts. The part that really stuck with me is the last chapter where GdeB discusses people that are overly afraid, to the point of suppressing your actual instincts. If you see problems everywhere, you are ignoring your instincts. And how sometimes our fear is misdirected. Awesome! Every woman should read it. Really liked the way he explained things. As someone who fears everything I am more sure of myself & my instincts.
