As usual, Austen's social satire is incredible fun. I wish I could sit down with her and be snarky for a few hours over tea---I think I would enjoy myself deeply. This novel is distinctly less preachy than certain others (Mansfield Park!); there's a good sense of liveliness and fun, in addition to the snark, and I appreciate her deep sense of goodness as well.
