i didn't really hate pride and prejudice, but after this... see, jane austen creates a bunch of characters, makes them act like self-righteous arrogant assholes, then find love despite that and we should all get warm and fuzzy feelings about it. well, i can't really say anything about jane austen that mark twain hasn't already said. "i want to dig her up and hit her over the skull with her own shin-bone." yeah, that about covers it. ...more
