This was fascinating to read. I'll admit my ignorance on this topic, on the ownership of cells and the ethical and financial implications. I read years ago The Fifth Vial by Michael Palmer and I was intrigued by the idea of a company chasing a man down for his invaluable cells...and by the court and how it had its role in judging who owned the cells within a person. I talk to books sometimes. When I'm so involved that I can't quite keep my reactions internal. I might have to buy a copy of this one so that I can fill the margins with comments. It was a very intense read for me, the kind of book where I'd feel compelled to list all of the things I found disturbing before saying, "Read it! Read it!"
